Labratory Urine Drug Test Tramadol

I was prescribed tramadol 50mg tablets. 15 of them, and took them all at once for a total of 750 mg. I am currently in drug court and will have a urine test tomorrow that gets sent to a lab. I am prescribed it but am worried that they will check my levels. Will they be lower if not taken for 32 hours before urine test?
