What would happen if i were to take six L437 pm pills at once?

I saw a young girl take a half bottle of Acetaminophen and her eyes were Red and Black. Looked like something or someone from the X Files. This Teen had Liver damage and so will Prince Oreo above. Wonder what ever happened to his highness?

You're talking about taking 6 of these tablets at once, but if you only took 2 of them you would've already reached the maximum safe dose of Acetaminophen (in a 24hr period); the main concern here being liver damage and other symptoms associated with overdosing.
May I ask why anyone would feel the need to take this many? Or are you simply not aware of other treatment options for your condition?
