I Located a match to an oblong blue pill with L393 pill. From what I was able to gather I believe it's:
Generic Name: Acetaminophen 325 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, Dextromethorphan 10 mg, and Phenylephrine 5 mg
Manufacturer: Perrigo
Treats: Common Cold Remedy
