Klonopin On Methadone Drug Screen

I have had friends tell me for years that klonopin doesn't show up on drug tests at the methadone clinic. Does anyone know if it is still true? l had taken one and had a test the next day.

Most drug tests dont pick up klonopins metabolites but ameritox screens pick it up. It's it's a weird benzo

I am on Methadone and klonopin. If you take klonopin within 48 hours of your urine test it will show. If it's been more than 48 hours, it's a gamble but it probably won't show up. But they send random urine tests to the lab sometimes and THAT test shows EVERYTHING. Every legal and illegal drug in your system and the lab can detect drug metabolites in your system waaay after you actually took the drug.

Yes it will, trust me. Klonopin is a benzo right there with the xanax & valum and trust me when I speak from experience. I took a valum 1 week prior to my court date. So I got one of the methadone counselors to test me to be on safe side and thinking I was clean. So I talked my way on through a volunteer drug test. It counted against me for the next 90 days and I got held back from take home privileges that I was fixn' to get to so I could really give myself a pat on the back for that one but there are also over the counter meds to that give false drug readings so u need to get a list of those items too.
