Hello,
The closest match I've been able to locate is a round pink pill with the imprint TCL 038- This pill is a (180 mg) Thyroid tablet. This particular Thyroid pill is prescribed for an under active thyroid, or when the body doesn't produce enough of this hormone on its own due to thyroid removal.
