Kidneys Are Hurting

I am taking this for a rash I had on my buttocks, the MD also found hematuria. My urethra is inflamed and the rash were the initial reason for my visit. He prescribed me this pill and the rash is going away but my genitals are still inflamed and now my kidneys are hurting. I know this because I work in the medical field. Any ideas?
