left kidney average sise, normall cortical echopattern. multiple scattered small stones - 1.8, 2.6 mm- minimal back pressure changes. good medullary differentiation. UB wall thickness is normal, no stone, no mass.
Prostate = 33.1x 35.4 x30.3 mm, no focallesion, RV =75 CC3
NO FREE FLUID COULD BE SEEN IN THE ABDOMEN
