UpdatedI would like to know if there is others who have taken prograff for an extended time ( 10 + years ) resulting in kidney damage.

Prograf contains the active ingredient Tacrolimus, it is an immunosuppressant and the possibility of kidney damage is listed as one of the possible serious side effects of taking it.
