Ketoster Dosage

Feeling great to see solution of renal failure. Doctor My father Age 64+ dietetic and also blood pressure high remain. his CREATININE 6.3 and Blood Urea Nitrogen 83 Blood HB 8.5 Potassium & Sodium little bit in normal range kindly guide can he take ketosteril tab for reducing Creatinine and BUN. and how much he can take kindly guide dosage for same.
