Dr sent me this for my ear. I have tinnitus and meniere's disease. Does this work??

I have meniere's disease but haven't had a bout in about a year now THANK GOD!!!! I just recently had ringing in the ears but it went away by end of the day. It goes as no comes once a week.
But I believe after I stopped taking Gabapentin 30omg 4 x's a day I stopped getting dizzy. So far so good. I suggest if your taking Gabapentin to slowly taper down and fully off of it it's a horrible drug

My Dr prescribed this for vertigo,
I paid A lot for the Cream thinking that it was going to help me however when I researched it after I received it from the pharmacy I realize it’s for pain which I don’t have so I’m just out 67 bucks and I’m finding a new doctor
