Ketamine Infusions In Tn?? (Top voted first)

I have suffered with complex regional pain syndrome for over 15 years, living in constant, severe pain. I am looking for an MD in TN who uses ketamine, particularly ketamine infusions. Anyone know any MDs in TN who will treat pain &/or depression with ketamine IV ketamine infusions??
