First of all, I not only did some research on KeraGro but I also called customer service to make sure I was covering all my bases. The woman I spoke with from customer service told me I would not be charged additionally after the $4.95 in shipping and handling if I were to cancel my account before 14 days. I called to cancel my account the DAY AFTER I RECEIVED the bottle and a different lady in customer service told me I could either send the bottle back or get charged $38 for the trail-bottle. I was blatantly lied to and misinformed. I believe these are grounds to sue.

This company is a complete scam. I called on the 14th day to cancel. I spoke with 7 different people and they all gave me a different excuse as to why they would not provide me with the stupid RMA # to be able to return the bottle and get a refund. And I can not dispute the charge with my bank unless I return the product, which you can't without this stupid RMA #.

Seriously, if anyone takes them to court -> I will join your cause and case!
