Kera Gro Complaint/refund (Top voted first)
UpdatedI immediately sent this package back. I noticed today that I had a charge pending on my bank account in the amount of $87.47. I called their 800 number (available on their webpage) and waited for 15 minutes. A man answered the phone and told me that this would be a RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGE. He did say they could cancel future payments, and I did specifically ask them to do so. He proceeded to tell me that they could not refund the charge that was already pending. He said you cannot just send the product back, you have to call in and get a special address and cancel confirmation code. I informed him that I would take action to stop the payment through my bank then, as I was not paying for an unopened product, or for a product that I do not have. He was very rude to me, and HUNG UP ON ME. I just got off the phone with my bank and filing a claim with them, and having a permanent stop payment put on my account to their company as I never got verification that they updated their system to stop charging me. Call your banks if this company will not cooperate with you!

My bank has already finished their fraud investigation. They sided with me, and I did get my money back.

For anyone else reading this who may still be having issues with them, I've also heard that contacting the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov) is a good way to file a complaint against the company. Their number is 1-877-382-4357.

Sorry to hear about your recent experience with Keragro. Numerous people on here appear to have reported this same type of issue upon dealing with these alleged scammers. And as far as making an attempt to get your money back it seems that contacting your bank/card holder regarding these fraudulent charges is pretty much the only safe way to prevent Keragro from doing any further damage. Even if they said they would cancel it over the phone, I'd have difficult time trusting any of their representatives on their word alone, just by hearing how rude they can be. Hopefully by filing a claim for those transactions it will also open the door for future investigations towards getting their company shut down; at which point we should all celebrate! Lol
