Kenalog In Orabase

I used Kenalog in Orabase for mouth ulcers, but SA discontinued it, I can only get from N Zeeland and that is difficult, where can I get something with the same ingredients, someone also said Tetracycline antibiotics can help for my Stomatiis?

Also used the same for severe mouth ulcers, was so useful. Can't get it in the UK but I would buy it if i knew where to get it from.
