Keflex And Drug Testing

I have a script for keflex from a few months ago and never took I am sick again with the same thing, will keflex show up on a ua drug test?

Keflex contains the active ingredient Cephalexin, which is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of infections and no, it hasn't been known to cause false positives for anything on standard urine screens.
