Kangmei Slimming Capsules

I'm 53 yrs. old. Needless to say I'm getting overweight, lazy and I want to roll the clock back as far as I can. Not so much intrested in body building but the fat has to go. I've tried dieting but I just keep getting bigger. I'm a nice guy , lots of friends, and very self conscience. Please help. Every day the clock strikes faster.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing a weight issue.

Regardless of what type of diet you try, if you don't exercise along with it, to ramp up your metabolism and heart rate, weight loss isn't likely to happen. You don't have to body build, you just need to get moving, even if you currently exercise, you can't expect weight loss, unless you ramp it up, since your body gets used to your normal routine.

There really aren't any miracle products that will allow you to lose weight, without having to diet and exercise.

Have you consulted your doctor to get their advice?
