Yes, the tablets in question contain 4mgs of Hydromorphone, which is the active ingredient in Dilaudid, a potent narcotic analgesic.

As such, it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
