I'm 51 and have the flu. I took j max last night, hoping to get some relief, and had unusually vivid dreams. During one, I woke myself up when I kicked out hard enough to fall out of bed. Then I had another where I dreamed I was in the bathroom and ended up actually wetting the bed. My third dream was that I was again in the bathroom, on the toilet, then catching myself, afraid I was dreaming and would wet the bed. I looked around to check, saw that I was indeed in the bathroom, and proceeded to use the toilet. Unfortunately, I was dreaming, and this resulted in me wetting the bed -again - something i've never done as an adult. What is in JMax that would cause such vivid dreams? I don't think I'll be taking it again anytime soon.

JMAX is manufactured by Jaymac Pharmaceuticals LLC, and they list it as containing 1,200mgs of Guaifenesin, and 35mgs of Phenylephrine, it is most commonly used to relieve cold symptoms. NDC: 64661-0010

This medication has now been discontinued.

I am no finding anything that explains what you've experienced, but we are all different, and medications can affect us all differently, the fact that you have the flu may also have played a role.
