would like to know if anyone that uses januvia has had a problem with it passing thru their system without dissloving? I have been experencing this since I've been taking it and all my dr. says it to take it at a different time of day which doesn't help

I agreed to that is not the shell is the med itself. Was Not dissolve. So it's mean not working at all. I stop mine.

Thank you for your reply, I have checked with a q tip and the whole pill is still there, not just the shell

The outer shell won't dissolve, but the medication is still being released and used by your body. Many medications use a shell to help control the release of the medication and help prevent stomach damage and then that shell is just expelled by your body as waste.

The FDA lists this as an oral antidiabetic medication and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, stomach pain, flatulence and hypoglycemia.
