Jadelle Side Effects/lactating Breasts

I removed jadelle a month ago but the issue is that i am now lactating. My son is 6 years old now and I stopped breast feeding when he was one year six months.

I did Jadelle implantation November 2014 and I registered for 5 years. Now my question is, can this implantation cause breast pain? and if it can, what can I use?
