Has anyone had the jadelle implant and had bad side effects? I got it done a weeks ago and have started light bleeding over the last few days and it wont go away as well as my skin breaking out.

I had jadelle inserted and was intimate with my partner after 12 hours. Was I protected? I am worried.

I have lost 4kgs since I removed it my moods swings are literally non-existent and I have changed contraception to iud. I don't know if it will be the same with everyone but I'm happier now.

I also have not received my period for 7 months now since I had the implant done.is that normal

yes! the exact same thing is happening to me. I'm going to probably see my gp just to be sure I'm not pregnant but from the sounds of things, it's normal

How long does irregular bleed lasts on jadelle? How can I stop the bleeding?
I have the implant for four months and I have been having irregular menses from then.
Urgent help needed.

After 2 years on Jadelle I'm now having 6 week periods followed by 1 week of normality, a week of sore nipples , a week of PMS and then another 6 weeks of bleeding. Am heading back to the doctor this week.

I got the jadelle inserted in October, a week later my headaches began. I noticed I was getting migraines more and more frequently. I'm now at the point where I'm getting a migraine which lasts for a week, every two weeks. The mood swings were very evident, as was the sudden growth of facial hair which grows back super fast. I got sick of feeling like s*** and got my Jadelle removed on Monday. Removal was quick and easy, barely any pain after. It's been 5 days and I've got another migraine... does anyone know how long it takes for the hormones from the jadelle to leave the body after removal?

i have been on the jadelle for over 2 yrs now and have had periods on and off for the first year i had no period and mad headaches 2nd year it was regular but over the past few months have been the worst it have had bad lower back pain stomach cramps and bleeding heavily for 3mths what should i do? and why is this happening?

I got the jadelle 5 years ago.. for a couple months I was bleeding non stop then it all of a sudden stopped.. I didn't get a period for about 4 years. Until now my 5th year with the jadelle now I have been bleed for 4 weeks straight. Please help. What will make this stop?

I got jadelle inserted 2 and half months ago. It's causing bleeding and bleeding everyday. My husband is no longer interested in being intimate with me. I am just waiting for the 6 month period and if it continues like that I am going back to the doctor to take it out before I lose my man.

I have had jadelle for one and half years now, but since last week i have been experiencing an enlargement of my abdomen.. Could i be pregnant or what is the problem since i still have it?

im on the jadelle also first time on it its been 3 months havent had a period yet feel bloated all the time fainted at work last week wasnt too sure if it was due to low iron as i am aneamic or if it was the side effects of the jadelle

I have been using jadelle since 12/2011now I have been blbleeding, headaches and blurring vision since June does it mean it's time to take it out.

I got my jadelle just over two weeks ago recommended by midwife and doctor I just gave birth to my 5th child four weeks ago and my bleeding had only lasted after giving birth 1.5 weeks as soon as I got jadelle inserted 24 hrs later bleeding massive headaches and boy my moods are just omg u could say. Im bleeding more now being in the jadelle than I ever have after giving brth. I was told about the side affects but also got told I most likely won't bleed like I done with the depo who can afford or want to be heavy bleeding this long I'm over it already.

Hello I did my jadelle implant a month ago. I had my menses the day if the implant it lasted for five days. After that I haven't had any menstruation but my just saw a pinkish substance in my vagina

Hello all, I just got the Jadelle implanted in my arm on September 7. My period started September 26, and it's still going (light bleeding). Its been over 2 weeks now. Has anyone had this experience? Does it eventually stop? Should I give it about 3 months to get into a proper routine, or is it wise to get it removed?
