Hello, Saffa! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having.
The acne and lack of a period can be normal side effects of it, as listed by the FDA, you may also experience headache, dizziness, irritability, mood swings and PMS-like symptoms.
However, the weight loss is not normal and you need to see your doctor to have it checked out.
I understand your embarrassment, but there's no need to feel that way. Doctor's are used to dealing with these types of issues and the are trained to handle them in a professional manner. Thus, I strongly urge you to make an appointment as soon as possible.
Is there anything else I can help with?
I have had jadelle since earlier this year and was getting normal periods however they started getting shorter and lighter 3/4 months in and then they stopped. Is this normal or am I pregnant?
