I came across information in the following discussion thread suggesting that this tablet may contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen:

According to post #1 within that discussion, "JCL" apparently corresponds with a Palestinian company, which would explain why I'm not finding any specific details about the pill in standard US search engines.

I hope this info helps!
