When a Patient is on Pantoprazole40mg.+Itopride150mg as sustained released pellets at night before Dinner and Amlodipine5mg in morning ABF,suffering from tonight 'Slurred Speech'and having H/O. HT.LVH &GERD,is there any side effect?I advised him to take Olmesartan20mg. from tomorrow ABF,Litefill3 in noon time,Ganaton Total before Dinner at night and MefneurobionOD ABF.
Advised him to do the following tests immediately within maximum48 to 72 hrs.-----
1)Fasting and PPBS
2)Lipid Profile
3)Urea/Creatinine/Uric Acid
4)T3 T4 TSH
5)ECG-12L
6)CT Scan Brain
7)Echocardiography
8)USG (Whole Abdomen)
I think the problem is CV related.Can you plz.help me quickly by giving some suggestion?
