I am 29years old. I have a cyst right ovary of 17mm. My stomach size is increasing day by day. Doctor has said to do surgery. And now pain has started inside my stomach and due to pain i cant even nor i can eat anything. Is surgery necessary?? Is there any other procedure

If it is severe and causing that many problems, then surgery is usually the best option, as stated by your doctor and the NIH. Modern surgical methods are minimally invasive and have very quick recovery times.
Are you on any medications? Are your periods regular?
