Hi Kaye,

I've Identified a round looking white pill with imprint KU 128 as Isosorbide mononitrate extended-release (30 mg). KU 128 is imprinted on the front, there is a score line down the middle on the back. It is manufactured by Kremers Urban and has a National Drug Code of 62175-0128.
