Midrin is a combination medication that contains Acetaminophen, Isometheptene and Dichloralphenazone, it is most commonly used to treat severe headaches and migraines.

Can you get the drug without the Apap (acetamoniphen)? I can buy and add that in. I know I definitely need the sedative part of Midrin as without it (even with strong opioid pain meds) I cannot fall asleep thus cannot totally get rid of the migraine (lay down in a quiet, dark room with a bag of ice on my head after taking my pain meds and then need to sleep...without a sedative, it can take a very long time to sleep and thus I lose a lot of my life as I deal with chronic intractable failed neck pain syndrome (status-post cervical fusion) with chronic daily headaches complicated by a migraine disorder (4-5x a wk).

I live in the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD/upper VA area....what store can I get it at or what compounding pharmacy?
