No, they are not. Tramadol is a medication itself. It is a mild opioid that is used to treat pain. The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
Zerodol, however, is a brand name for a combination medication that contains Paracetamol, Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. No, it is not commonly abused and is not habit forming.
