A pink, round tablet with P 75 pressed into is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Labs and they list it as containing 75mgs of Ranitidine, which is an antacid.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, bloating and flatulence.
