From what I could gather, both tremors and seizures are listed under 'severe' side effects of Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim that may require immediate medical attention. For this reason alone I would recommend contacting your doctor as soon as possible, to at least be on the safe side if it doesn't end up being quite as serious as it sounds.
