Yes, this is a generic for Accuretic. When a drug is available for generic production, it is usually made by many different companies, all looking to get a cut of the money from sales. Most pharmacies do not stock any one particular generic, they stock whatever their supplier has cheapest when they need to order a new supply. With some pharmacies, you never get the same generic twice in a row.
