is there any effect in mentrual cycle with evion 400??
means any irregular period or delay the cycle or increasing the duration of period...actually i have taken evion400 cap for last 2months ....after that i develop such problems...thats why m worried...plz reply...thnk u

According to nih.gov, Vitamin E (Evion) can be helpful for painful periods / PMS. They also go on to note that "taking Vitamin E for 2 days BEFORE bleeding begins AND for 3 days AFTER bleeding begins, may decrease the duration of your menstrual cycle as well as reduce blood loss."

Outside of that, I have not come across any specific details stating that Vitamin E has an impact on one's menstrual cycle that could lead to irregularities. Perhaps it would be a good idea to see a gynecologist regarding your hormone levels to see if everything is still in balance.

Are you also taking any other meds (prescribed or over-the-counter) that could be attributing to irregular periods?
