If there are any differences it wouldn't lie in the chemical structure of the drug itself, but rather these differences would be based on inactive ingredients and whether or not one is a controlled release or immediate release tablet. This is assuming that the 2mg pill you took was in fact a Xanax bar, but that's neither here nor there. In my honest opinion, you should be fine for the urine test.
