Is The Use Of Ovabless Is Helpful?

Hi, my wife are 20 Year old woman and we are trying to get my wife pregnant from last 6 months but not getting success. My periods are regular. Except 1or2 month .So i consult to doctor and he suggested me take tables Ovabless for 1month..she get start 28 th sep ,but after 13 day on 11 Oct her bledding start very much&continue 1day.So my question is prevents me from getting pregnant? Or is there any side effects/harmful from these tablets and by usingthese tablets...

Hi.. I am jyoti . I am 20 year old and i am trying to concive a baby for last year .Doctor prescribed me ovebless pills. So i just want to know it is helpful to my pregnancy.

Ovabless is listed as being a multivitamin/mineral supplement that also contains green tee.

The only way it will help with conception is if your failure to conceive is due to being deficient in one of the vital nutrients it contains, however, there is no harm in trying it, if your doctor has directed you to do so.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea and constipation.
