I have been diagnosed with cervical-spondelysis and vertigo. The bone gaps at c4-c5 are reduced and the vert. column is straightened at neck. This is causing giddiness, nausea, vomitings. The arms are in pain and at times i feel numbness in them. the doctor has prescribed physiotherapy and cap emelim-m (pregabalin 75mg &methylcobalamin 750mcg) once daily. Will this medicine help me? what are its uses and side-effects? For how long should it be taken?
