Is Ranbaxy Glugen Really Helpfull In Speedy Recovery In Knee Pain

i am having sevier pain in my left knee for the last 2 months. my age is 32 & this problem is not due to any casualtey or acident.
1st dr priscribed me renbexy glugen 52 mg & pain killers for 30 days.
i took the medicin for 15 days & didnt got any setisfaction.
so i moved to the next dr.

he told me for an mri.
and after that mri he told me that under my knee cap there r 2 c shaped pads between both bones from which 1 is torened up.
& it needs to be opreted.
from the last 1 month i am taking ayurvadic treatment & it is great healpfull.

i want to ask u that is glogen realy helpfull for a speedy recovery or i should go for an opration.

Glugen is actually just considered a nutritional supplement, as listed by the U.S. FDA, it contains Collagen, which is believed, but not proven to help with joint pain and injuries.

If the doctor has said you need surgery, then following their instructions would be the best thing to do to recover and get back to normal, as soon as possible.
