Is Procold Safe?

I take procold about once a week and I'm worried that it could have side effects and damage some organs. I have cold allergies with headache.

At my first trimester , I was a bit sick even never knew I was pregnant and I had discussed heavy cold and cough, I went to my first aid box, too procold and Robitussin to stop it. Though it only suppressed . Just worried hope my baby is safe. I very done series of test nothing has happened next scan is next week.
