Is Perceit As Strong Without Tylnol Does It Help The Pain As

Hi my name is j athy and my dr. Put me on peracet without tylnol. I dont know why he did that. But i have Failed back syndrom. And i am in alot of pain all the time. What i need to know is is the pecaceit just as strong without the tylanol. It just seems like it is not helping as much with the pain. Waiting for an answer.

Hello, Kathy! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain.

The Acetaminophen does augment the narcotic in some people that take it. Thus, if you're doctor wants you to take one without the Acetaminophen in it, you may need a higher dosage.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
