Oxycodone is the active ingredient in Oxycontin in a time released formulation, so which of those is stronger depends on the dosage, however, in theory the Oxycontin should be stronger, because the lowest dose of it available is 10mgs.
The 30mg Hysingla ER is equivalent to 20mgs of Oxycodone, so of the three you've listed, this is the highest dose.
The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic analgesic, so they have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
