Oycodone is also the active ingredient in Oxycontin, so you'd need 80mgs of it to be equal, though likely a little less to account for the Acetaminophen, since it potentiates it.
However, you'd have to take far too much of it to be safe, because 16 tablets would equal 5,200mgs of Acetaminophen, which exceeds the toxic amount. You can't take more than 3,000mgs of it a day, or you risk fatal toxicity.
The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
