Is Oxycodone 5 325 Mg Very Strong

My daughter had surgery on her shoulder 6/24/16 rotor cup/2 torn ligaments. She threw up the first dose. Should she take another dose or wait until the next 4 hrs.?

I recently found out my husband has been getting these pills from his loser brother, because he just had shoulder surgery, plus has arthritis in his feet; he's always been in pain, I'm sure this is why he's taking them. Thing is, he drinks, and has been having crazy symptoms that now after reading, I know are side effects. I'm sure he's now addicted, won't admit it and as much of an a**hole as he has been lately, he basically used to be a great guy, and I don't want him to die. What can I do? I'm a recovering addict, had 1 year clean as of May 28th... I know he won't admit that he has a problem, because he's free from pain, but how can I convince him he's going to die?

It is a very potent narcotic, so unless her doctor instructs otherwise, she should wait until her next dosing time. Taking it with food, or milk may help prevent the nausea.

Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include dizziness, drowsiness, headache and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming.
