Norco - 5/325 - has: hydrocodone 5 mg. and acetaminophen 325 mg.

Norco - has 10 mg hydrocodone, and 325 mg acetaminophen.

Vicodin - 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen.

Vicodin ES - 7.5 mg. hydrocodone and 750 mg acetaminophen.

Neither Norco, nor Vicodin have Aspirin in them. They have acetaminophen (APAP).

Correct; neither have aspirin. Vicodin is probably the worst hydrocodone-containing compound available. The absolute lowest amount of liver-destroying paracetamol (acetaminophen in the USA) in any 'Vicodin' product is 500mg. What is generally referred to as 'Norco' (Watson) is 10mg/325mg. However, in personal eperience of this rather weak narcotic analgesic which is also completely overpriced, the most potent and highest quality make is the 10/325 generic made by Mallinckrodt & marked 'M367'.
Best to use the German hydrocodone 'Dicodid' which has NO paracetamol at all, but if there is not that option, Mallinckrodt is by far and away the best.

Both Norco, and Vicodin are name brands for a combination opiate analgesic that contains Hydrocodone, and Acetaminophen as its active ingredients.

They carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

That said, the FDA has restricted the products available in the U.S. to containing no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, due to the increasing risk of overdose toxicity, which in some cases has been fatal. Since Acetaminophen is available in over the counter products, many people don't realize that taking too much of it is actually very dangerous.

And, as was already stated, none of these contained Aspirin.
