No, the fact that the person has PCOS will not have any bearing on how much weight gain it causes, it will really be about the same for most people.
Taking Adderall XR with Citalopram can increase the effect of the Cialopram, as well as increasing serotonin levels. This can cause a dangerous interaction called Serotonin Syndrome, which can be fatal, so they really shouldn't be combined.
Adderall XR is a stimulant that's most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, anorexia, weight loss, nervousness and insomnia.
