Is It Safe To Use Purbac
UpdatedEverytime I get flu I use purbac as it helps with my cough otherwise if I take a cough mixture I develop bronchitis. I been hiv positive for 23 years now. Is it a good thing to take it or not

Since you're HIV positive, developing an infection, even just bronchitis could be very risky, so most doctors do prefer to prescribe this antibiotic as a preventative.
Thus, it should be okay to take, as long as your doctor approves. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
