Well, one drug is a safe as any other, they all carry risks and are worse for some people than others, so no drug is really considered completely safe.

In the U.S. this is sold under the trade name Actonel and is used to treat or prevent Osteoporosis and bone degeneration.


I do not how safe it us to be used for women having a hysterectomy or how soon after surgery it could be used.
