Is It Possible To Take Catapres 150mg Every Minutes If The Bp Still At 200/130?

My friend's mom is undergoing hemodialysis. Her bp is 200/130. My friend gave her mom catapres every 15mins since the bp still over 200. I told her she can give a 2nd dose of 150mg catapres after an hour if the bp doesn't change.
