Im 20 years old and only 5'4. Is there any possible way for ne to add a few extra inches to my height? Say around 5'8-5'9? Please this is really important to me. My height really bothers me and would like to make myself as tall as i can cause i lack confidence and i think my height affected my relationship with my ex. Please if there is any hope for me please let me know. Ive done stretches, started eating healthy, what is a sure way for me to gain height?

No, I'm sorry, once you are past your natural growth phase, there is nothing that can make you grow more. While still in your growth phase, some growth factors can help you, but when you're doing growing, nothing will change the height you've reached.

Learn more growth factor details here.

Even when the growth factors are used, they can only help you reach your full genetically predetermined height, they will not make your grow more than you naturally would. So, if your parents are short, then you are most likely going to be a shorter person and nothing will alter it.

What type of confidence issues are you having?
