As of this time, no. The regulations were just tightened by the DEA, since this medication is so frequently abused. They've placed it in a more restrictive category, so patients can no longer have refills on it.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
