Hi Monkey, How's it going?
Concerning your question about intranasal use potentially getting you fired, I don't think anyone else from your work place is going to be suspicious about whether or not you're taking your medication inappropriately, unless of course they know that you're on it and you give them reason to believe that it's affecting the quality of your work.
That said, nothing I'm seeing states that intranasal use is quote on quote "against the law", but none-the-less, that type of behavior isn't tolerated in any work place I'm aware of. Is this something you do at your desk in between breaks? Lol How else would they know?
my boss called me on the phone and asked me if i was...so he obviously just took someones word for it.
monkey, if you're prescribed this med as you said then it should not matter. Of course if you are taking it other than how it is prescribed then I'd steer clear from any of those types of activities at work. In other words, you have every right to take a medication which is prescribed for you, but it might put off an employer if the medication is being abused. And if your boss called you and asked then you should be able to say 'no' and that should be the end of that.
that is exactly what i said to him on the phone when he asked me, he said is this true what i'm hearing that you're insufflating your prescription ??? which by the way is not illegal, but i told him no i did not, so basically he fired me on hear say, but a good 95% of the people that work there drink beer and insufflate coke and smoke cannabis on the job including himself !!! but he tells me i'm a liability to the company !!! REALLY, AND I'M A LIABILITY OFF OF JUST HEAR SAY ?!? BUT YET HE KNOWS ABOUT EVERYBODY ELSE INCLUDING HIMSELF !!! SO IF HE'S GOIN OFF OF HEAR SAY THEN I THINK HE NEEDS TO CLOSE THE DOORS CAUSE HE WONT HAVE ANY DAMN WORKERS FOR THAT MATTER !!!
