Hi Nikki,
To my understanding, no amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) is equivalent to the effects of Hydrocodone, before experiencing what would be considered an overdose of acetaminophen - which can be extremely toxic to the liver.
It sounds like your best bet would probably be to ask your doctor for a stronger pain medication (that you can take less of) or opt for a safer, more natural alternative that can be used as an adjunctive therapy to what you already take.
